No Returns
Once an order has been delivered or picked up, it cannot be returned.
Refunds/Replacement
Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery/pickup, along with photos as proof.
Customized Orders
For custom cakes or pre-orders, refunds are not applicable unless there is a quality issue caused by us.
